Trish Brown, LMBT, NC Lic #33

To contact Trish or to schedule appointments email, call or text trishthefish@outlook.com or 828-582-6079.

Trish has had two lifelong passions: alternative health and high performance athletics. Trish was one of the first massage therapists in the Asheville area, starting her practice in 1993. She has had her hand in many fields of wellness, with FLOWpresso being her latest passion. This machine, since it is an excellent lymph enhancer, is amazing in sports recovery and also is that missing link for someone who has been struggling either with chronic illness or simply has felt a notch or two off from “normal” for more than they like.

During her time as a serious competitive trail runner, Trish wrote the very popular book “Asheville Trail Running, Walking & Hiking”, published in 2010. Her latest sports endeavor is pickleball, with FLOWpresso keeping her up and running injury free out there on the court!
